High-Efficiency Gas Furnaces
We offer many models of high-efficiency Bryant gas furnaces. Our comfort consultants can help you determine which furnace best fits the needs of your home and your budget. Bryant’s gas furnace was recently rated as “Most Reliable” by a prominent consumer magazine.

Geothermal Heating
Geothermal heating systems take advantage of the heat that is naturally found underneath the earth’s surface. You may not be aware, but the temperature underground remains very stable while the air temperature varies greatly. A geothermal system acts like a heat pump—to heat and cool your home—and takes advantage of this environmental heat source through a piping system. Water circulates through the loop piping to exchange heat between your home, the ground source pump, and the earth, providing warmth very efficiently.

High-Efficiency Hot Water Boiler Systems
Boilers are central heating systems that generate heat from one location in the house and distribute it via piping to the various rooms. The word boiler is somewhat confusing in that hot water systems do not actually boil the water. They typically heat it to about 160 degrees Fahrenheit.

High-Efficiency Heat Pumps
A heat pump is simply an air conditioner that can work in reverse to heat the house when cooling isn’t needed.

  • During the cooling season, it collects heat from the interior of the house and discharges it to the exterior like any other air conditioner.
  • During the heating season, it reverses the flow of the refrigerant. The condenser becomes the evaporator and the evaporator becomes the condenser. The principle is similar to a refrigerator: the refrigerator’s cooling system takes heat from inside the refrigerator and releases the heat into the kitchen, via the coils on the back of the refrigerator.

In-Floor Heating
Save energy and create a healthier, more comfortable living environment with a radiant in-floor heating system.

Commercial Rooftop Units
Commercial rooftop systems provide room temperature control and comfort throughout office buildings, schools, shopping malls and other commercial structures.

Thermostats
Programmable thermostats are easy to use and provide accurate temperature control and energy savings while allowing you to program your heating and cooling requirements throughout the day. Internet-compatible thermostats offer these same benefits, plus the ability to remotely monitor and control thermostat settings over the Internet. For customers who prefer manually-controlled settings, non-programmable thermostats are easy to use and provide reliable, consistent comfort control.

Zone Controls
A zone-controlled system allows you to adjust the temperature in various parts of your home independently. Each area of the home will have its own thermostat, allowing you to set the temperature for just that area. You’ll be more energy efficient and save money.

High-Efficiency Filters & Filter Systems
For a few extra dollars, you can ensure that your HVAC system is as clean as possible and that the air in your home is effectively filtered just by using an efficient air filter that is changed regularly.
